1-800-CDC-INFO (1-800-232-4636) The Healthy Aging Program from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is a comprehensive and coordinated approach to enhancing quality of life for older Americans through state agreements, grants, and contracts, as well as nationwide outreach. Information hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
National Center On Elder Abuse 1-800-677-1116 The National Center on Elder Abuse works to protect older Americans from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Report suspected abuse by calling the help hotline.
1-800-222-2225 The National Institute on Aging leads and promotes scientific research towards understanding aging and improving the well-being of older Americans. Information Center hotline available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
